| Lost Valley Lost Valley is located in Central Maine just east of Auburn on Perkins Ridge. Both recreational riders and mountain bike racers will enjoy the thrilling experience of mountain biking at Lost Valley. The trail system combines tote roads and singletrack trails. The wooded terrain is varied with rolling hills, streams and bridges. Lost Valley's trails are maintained by an experienced staff. There is riding for all skill levels.

Early May - November: 9 a.m. - 6 p.m.
Park Access Pass required.

| Sugarloaf Outdoor Center The trails at the Sugarloaf Outdoor Center offer a variety of mountain biking trails featuring some of the choicest singletrack in New England including wide open dirt roads and an extensive trail network. No access fees to use the trails.
Guide service and rental bikes are available through late September and are arranged through the Sugarloafer Shop in the village at the base of
the mountain.
Hours of Operation:
Spring - Fall: There isn't a defined start in the spring, it's up to the individual rider to determine if the conditions are dry enough to ride the trails without damaging them. Bikers are welcome to use the trails right up until the snow flies in late October/early November.

| Sunday River Mountain Bike Park Sunday River Mountain Bike Park in Western Maine, just 6 miles from Bethel, ME now offers 15 trails and 20 miles of lift serviced mountain biking.
Downhill, singletrack and xc country trails vary in difficulty and terrain. From the summit of North Peak, downhill mountain bike trails include Grease Monkey, Moose Tack and the Crater Trail.
Hours of Operation:
Trails and lift service is available Friday - Sunday through October 8, 2007 from 10am - 4pm.
The Mountain Bike Park is open from 12pm - 5pm during Fall Festival 2007, October 6 & 7.
Mountain bikes are also available for rent.
